pain is Uric Acid

Gout can happen to anyone who can make people wince as pain caused. A person affected by uric acid will feel tremendous pain, heat, swelling and redness in the joints.
Gout occurs because there are residual substances purine
can not be removed by the body through urine and feces. Excess consumption of purine substances will increase levels of uric acid.

Many things that cause excess uric acid, but the most dominant is due to dietary factors. Too much or often consume food containing purines will certainly raise the level of uric acid. Chips (melinjo), organ meats, sardines are examples of food containing purines.To cope with uric acid
must be done is to restore normal levels, drink plenty of white ai and control of food consumed. But avoid too many foods that contain purine
