Tips for Choosing a Toothbrush and Toothpaste


Toothbrush and toothpaste are two different things but can not be separated if we want healthy teeth and mouth. So what is the appropriate brush for your teeth (do not do any brush lo already exists a special brush for the teeth, better known with a toothbrush). Toothpaste or toothpaste

Sidikit tips on choosing toothpaste or toothpaste is good:
1. Choose a toothpaste that contains enough fluoride. Fluoride works to keep the teeth to prevent cavities. However, children under 3 years should not use toothpaste. The reason, too much fluoride it is not good and makes teeth more brittle.
2. Choose a toothpaste that does not foam too much. Foam that too many shows that the content of detergent in it too much. Opinion that the more foam the better, of course not true.
3. Avoid eating immediately after brushing teeth. Because the acid levels will drop and fluoride mouth is lost, so that bacteria will enter again. Meals should be 1-2 hours after brushing teeth.

  1. Well, I agree that choosing the right toothpaste has its benefits when it comes to cleaning our teeth. But I never thought that using toothbrushes designed for children is also good for adults. I also agree that it's a bad idea to brush your teeth immediately after eating.
