Honey Benefits Don't Know your Remaining 
 



Chinese medical experts believe that Honey can warm the body, be conditioned on the symptoms of dryness, relieve pain, neutralize poison, commonly used to treat heartburn, indigestion, dry cough and lung dry, dry bowel disease and constipation.

Modern medical research has proved that honey contains glucose, vitamins, and phosphorus, calcium, can help the function of the nervous system, which controls the increased appetite and help fast asleep. Before bed drink 10-20 ml of honey mixed with warm water every day, not only invigorating the spleen and stomach, filling the Qi and blood, calming the nerves and so forth.

There is a significant Ronald, MD, director of the Center for Integrative Health and Healing in Delmar, New York, said about the myth and claim that circulate in the community about honey: 
 


Claim: Honey cure sinusitis. 

Evidence: A Canadian study found that honey is more effective to kill bacteria in the lab, rather than antibiotics. 

Really So?
No, not yet ascertained, until there is evidence that honey works on healing the sinuses, antibiotics are still an option.

Claim: Honey Making burns heal faster. 

Proof: The same study found that smearing honey on a burn help to cure up to 5 days faster.
Really So?
For minor burns, yes (for severe burns would have dealt with your doctor.) Use honey type drugs, such as Manuka honey, found in natural food stores.


 
 Claims: Stopping an annoying cough.
Evidence: A study in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine found that eating a teaspoon of honey before bed is better than cough medicine.
Really So?
Yes, and you can give them to children older than 1 year (infants under 1 year old should not be given honey.)
